diagnose it with our trusted service center and deliver it to your place – making the process completely hassle free for you.

No.Survis is an independent concern where Gadgets are repaired by experienced professionals with our trusted service center
4.Is there a specific Brand that you cater to?
We cater to all major brands like Sony, Apple, Samsung, Nikon, Cannon, Nokia, Micromax, Dell, HTC, HCL, Acer and all other brands for our gadgetType range.
5.How safe is my gadget with you?
Your gadgetType is absolutely safe with us; we can take your IMEI number and we provide you Service Number for your gadget.
A detailed job sheet is provided once the gadget is picked up
from you for your reference and online tracker for updates and status.
6.What happens to my gadgets once picked up ?
You receive a SMS & email confirmation once you’re gadgets has been picked. Your gadgets is then dispatched
to our trusted service center where it is diagnosed and repaired. It will be updated our website for your Reference.
7.What time does it take for Gadget to be repaired & delivered?
Survis gives one day repair service for select problems.
For the actual time of repair for your device, our trusted service center would update time when service list is added for your device. you can track on our tracking service.
8.How do I know if you have completed service or not?
You will get live status updates by SMS and email notifications or you can check anytime on our tracking system.
You may also call/email us for the status of repair with your service Number.
9.How Will you handle my gadget well?
We understand the importance of your gadget, our trained field executives are extremely careful while handling your gadget.
Your gadget is carefully packed in a safety box ensuring that the gadget is not damaged in any way.
10.Does the Manufacture / Company manufacturer warranty void post repair with Survis?
Survis is an independent Gadget service concern. So it doesn’t repair original Manufacture / Company warranty void.
11.How do I identify that the field executive is from SURVIS?
All SURVUS buddies wear a uniform with our company logo and are provided with an identity card.
12.When you have to pay the payment?
you have to pay pickup payment when our field executive come to pickup your gadgets and On delivery you have to pay bill payment first then our field executive would deliery your gadgets to you.
